Product presentation

STC Manufacturer designs high standard Pyrophobic Steel doors including several specifications available as specified in the following list:

  • Stiffeners
  • Caliber : 18 g, 16 g, 14 g
  • Galvanized steel (zf75) (G90) (Z275)
  • Various thicknesses available
  • Firewall if required ** some restrictions apply
  • Pyrophobic (“Temperature rise”): maximum temperature rise of 250° at 60 minutes (Canadian standard) Several size of glass: 5’’ x 20’’; 10’’ x 10’’ and 3’’ x 20’’ for a 100 square inch maximum.

 

Advantages

  • For added protection, Manufacturer STC recommends this type of product for a high protection against intense heat. The opposite side of heat exposure will maintain a room temperature. The pyrophobic doors allocate enough time to evacuate.
  • For an efficient protection against heat transmission from an area to an adjacent area, a pyrophobic door is perfect for stairwell doors, an electrical control room, or a paint storage, etc.
