  • The LOC wood flooring is specially designed to suit all types of installation, either in the basement, on a floor with radiant heating systems or directly on a concrete subfloor.
  • LOC wood flooring consists of a sawn wood surface bonded to a center panel high density fiber (HDF).

Limited lifetime structural warranty

35-year warranty on certified GREENGAURD and GREENGUARD Gold Mercier Generations finish.

Warranty against wear or complete detachment of the surface of the following products for a period of:

  • 35 years following the date of purchase for the certified GREENGUARD Generations finish for a regular residential use.
  • 10 years following the date of purchase for the certified GREENGUARD Pure Expression finish for a regular residential use
  • 5 years following the date of purchase for the certified GREENGUARD Generations finish for a light commercial use.
